So here we are at the beginning of September.. (Seriously, where has 2017 gone? Anybody?)
I understand now why the first blog post on every website I visit these days, proudly announces the launch of the very same website! Because after many weeks of building, tweaking, designing and writing, here I am too on the cusp of a website launch!
This project has taken on extra significance for me though, as the new site marks the dawn of a new brand. A new sheriff in town if you will. Almost 2 years ago (with a newborn daughter and a full time IT Consultancy job) I concocted the brand name “Nuripod” for my breakthrough, handheld food processor. That was September 2015, things have changed dramatically.
After much thought and deliberation, I made the decision to alter the brand (and the parent company in good time) to “Itsy”. So what was previously known as the Nuripod will now hit the shelves as the “Itsy Blitz”.
As one of my core aims is to build a real community around childhood nutrition and feeding, I’d love to know what you all think of the new name, and any funky slogans you think might accompany it. Except for “Itsy Blitz it”. I’m having that one 🙂
